MY HOME-MADE BUKAYO


INGREDIENTS:
young coconut grated
cornstarch
brown sugar (but I used white here,anything will do)
vanilla extract

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. melt the sugar over medium heat
2. put the coconut and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
3.a little water with cornstarch about 2 tablespoon
4. mix well 
5. let it cool for 10 mins
