MUNGGO GUISADO RECIPE
- 1 cup munggo beans
- 2-3 cups water
- fish sauce
- garlic
- onion
- chicharon(optional)
- malunngay leaves (ampalaya leaves if you like)
- pepper
- salt
- 1/2 pork
boil munggo until softens
saute' pork on garlic and onion
mix the munggo beans with the sauteed pork
put fish sauce,pepper and salt to taste
put chicharon and malunggay leaves lastly
partner it with galunggong =))
(this is my mom's recipe, we don't put tomatoes and we don't like munggo guisado that is swimming with lots of water,we like it creamy, simple and delicious. )
