OREO MINI CAKES

I was craving for Oreo's the whole week, that craving pushed me to do something else with oreo's =)

I saw pictures from my tumblr dash and i tried to copy it.

we don't have much ingredients in the house, we only have pancke mix, butter and oreo's.. so i tried and hoping it would turn out well,baked on a 350 degrees Fahrenheit oven,don't have time limit i just used "toothpick test" =)
and voila! 

the center

 thought that the cookie inside would stay hard as it is, but it worked wonders when it actually soften,put some oreo crumbs in the mixture.

next time I'll try the fried oreo.
